Christmas Draw – Hotel Breaks, Munster Tickets, Jewellery & €2500+ prize fund

The Annual Christmas draw has been super-sized to include the best prize line up in the history of the event. Tickets will be given out to members and will be available in the club cafe on the weekend. This is an extremely important fund raiser for the club so your support to make this a success is key.

safeTALK – Suicide Awareness Training Session

The CBC committee have organised a Suicide awareness training session which will be held in the club cafe on Thursday November 13th. Some important points to note:

· This is an internationally recognised and research based training recommended by the HSE and delivered by HSE trainers
· This training is for over 18’s only
· If you have had a bereavement by suicide in the past 6 months it is not recommended the you attend this training (you can contact stephen directly about this if you so wish)
· All who wish to participate MUST book in with Stephen prior to the training via email Stephend.murphy@hse.ie or by talking to stephen or Club Captain over the next couple of weekends
