Pre season training starting

Hi Everyone

It does not seem like too long ago we were celebrating the Women’s Senior four and other wins as well as many fine performances at the National Champs. Work at the Club has been continuing and here we are about to start a new season.
For those interested pre season training will start in the Club next Tuesday at 6pm. If there is interest we will run it Tue and Thu for the next 2 weeks. All welcome young and not so young, boys, girls, men and women. Low intensity stuff lasting an hour. Land based to kick off but we will discuss details Tuesday evening. Please spread the word to one and all and we should have some fun as we get the heart and lungs pumping again, renew old friendships and make new ones.

See you all at 6pm Tuesday next
